Abstract

GCA: SCA ratio was more than one for the characters days to first female flower, dry weight of fruits, number of marketable fruits per vine, total number of fruits per vine, marketable fruit yield per vine and totalfruit yield per vine indicating the predominant role of additive gene action, whereas all the characters recorded the ratio less than one indicating the predominant role of dominant genes.
