Prevalence of gregarine parasites in millipedes from parli-Vaijnath, Marathwada region Gulbhile V. D. Department of Zoology, Late Laxmibai Deshmukh Mahila College, Parli-Vaijnath, 431 515 Online published on 14 November, 2019. Abstract Present communication deals with gregarine, parasitizing alimentary canal of millipedes, Chondromorpha kelaarti collected from Parli-Vaijanath (Maharashtra) during June to November, 2018. In all 1, 034 millipeds were examined. The intensity of prevalence cephaline gregarine was 63.34%. Distribution of gregarine parasites was higher in anterior and middle parts of the intestine, than in the posterior region.
