Materials and methods 20 patients with age between (25-70) years old were equally divided into two groups receiving immediate implant and delayed implant supported fixed prosthesis. Group (I): Patients with immediate implant fixed prosthesis. Group (II): Patients with delayed implant fixed prosthesis. Each case was evaluated clinically and radiographically on day 1, day 7, 3rd month and 6th month (at the time of fixed prosthesis). Results The results shows that the delayed implant supported fixed prosthesis is undoubtedly the best option for patient as compared to immediate implant supported fixed prosthesis as it shows less bone loss and also probing depth is not increases in such type of implant fixed prosthesis. Conclusion In Comparison to delayed implant fixed prosthesis there was higher incidence of implant failure and marginal bone loss in immediate implant supported fixed prosthesis.
