Abstract Soil borne plant pathogens survive in the soil, in the absence of their hosts, either as resting structures or as saprophytes. Competitive saprophytic colonization is one of the saprophytic mode of survival of soil borne pathogen. The present work deals with the competitive saprophytic colonization of Sclerotium rolfsii under the influence of moisture, pH and temperature. Top | | |
