Abstract The crux of this study is to explore the putativeantecedents that under pin the employee resilience, emotional intelligence & well-being and to highlight their influence on the employee performance. This study was carried out using a structured questionnaire comprised of different scales that measure the employees‟ workplace resilience, emotional intelligence, well-being& performance. This research was primarily carried out to present the results of an exploratory study conducted on 400 employees working in BPO & ITES in Bangalore and the samples for the study were drawn on basis of area-cum purposive sampling technique. The findings of this research study clearly revealed that the employees have the ability to bounce back after a setback in the workplace, effectively manage their emotions and take care of their physical as well as professional lives. The outcome of this present study confirmed that the level of employee performance was significantly influenced by the workplace resilience, Emotional Intelligence (EI) & well-being of the employees. This study also disclosed a high degree of correlation existed between these research variables.
