A Study on Enhancing the Quality of Life and Job Satisfaction among Transgenders in Southern Districts of Tamilnadu

Abstract

This study would examine the quality of life among transgenders in southern districts of tamilnadu and how to enhance their life from isolation in order to make them involved in the social life without any fear. The main purpose of this investigation is to educate them and to deal with their problems by adopting various motivational techniques and giving them inspiration in order to make them succeed in their life. This study would identify transgenders in the southern districts of tamilnadu and how the motivation factors give them strength and courage to face the challenges in their life in any situation and helps in bringing their hidden talents to the outside world. The projected output of the investigation is to analyze their risk factors with the help of the model designed to solve their problems, how to provide them with health safety measures, start them businesses to improve their standard of living and contribute to the society and make them satisfied in their life.
