Abstract Transactional Analysis (TA) is a method of understanding people's behavior by analyzing the ‘transactions ’or interactions which transpire between people. Transactional Analysis (TA) can be used in organizations to improve the working effectiveness between the managers and his employees or between two individuals. This approach is useful to improve the interpersonal communication in organization and in social life. There are twelve TA styles. Usually, one of these styles is a Dominant style among people and one or two are backup styles. An indigenous TSI scale developed by Udai Pareek was used for the study. Organisations are conducting training programmes to improve the computer and information security level but the numbers of cyber crime rate is not going down. The authors have tried to explore different factors and its link with TA styles. It will help to design effective computer and information security training programmes. Top | |
