Abstract

Information Technology Industry is the fastest growing Industry in India and employs person with different qualifications. The Industry's technological intensity and work culture at the intersection of economic networks of globalization provides challenging opportunities for research in the areas arising out of sociology and human resources management. Extensive industry reports indicate that job satisfaction is a major issue. Individualization is examined as a phenomenon impacting of satisfaction. The concept of individualization of work with the social connectivity is suggested to be a better way of handling the global opportunity by way of leveraging different skills of Indian work force.
