Abstract There are plenty of studies that explain the organizational climate in different industries, only few studies concentrated in constructions industries. This paper is become somehow unique in assessing the employee perception towards Human Resource climate prevails in the construction industries. The purpose of this study is to identifying the different factors involved in definition of Human Resource climate in construction industries. Stratified random sampling is adopted to select the sample and questionnaire with 30 questions were distributed among the respondents. Weighted average, Factor Analysis and Chi-square analysis were used to test the proposed hypothesis. Ten factors were extracted from the result of the factor analysis.
