Supply Chain Maturity Driving Company Performance in Indian Companies

Abstract

India is one of the fast growing economies in the world. As a country with diverse set of industries, it has its own challenges in implementing practices that are well established around the world. Supply chain management, and maturity of the supply chain process is one of the most significant vectors that can be optimized to enable companies achieve the end objective of growth and profitability. This paper is an effort to map Indian companies based on their supply chain maturity levels. It also establishes an empirical relationship between the supply chain maturity and the company's performance in an Indian context.
