Abstract This study was aimed to study the effectiveness of imago relationship therapy on women's mental health and resiliency in health centers of Tehran, district 4. The research was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group. The statistical population consisted of all married women in district 4, Tehran, of which 30 individuals were selected by the purposive sampling method and randomly replaced in two groups of experimental (15 individuals) and control (15 individuals). The experimental group received 8 sessions of imago relationship therapy while the control group received no interventions. The data were collected through the Goldberg's health Questionnaire (1972) and Connor-Davidson Resiliency Scale (2003). The data were analyzed by the variance multivariate analysis and covariance analysis. The results indicated that the Image relationship training was effective on subjects’ "anxiety", "social inactivity", and "depression" effective subject, while there was no difference in terms of "somatic symptoms" between the experimental and control groups. The results also indicated that imago relationship therapy was effective on "resiliency" of married women in health centers of district 4, Tehran.
