Abstract The main aim of this research to explore the relationship between the employees' work related attitude and employee job performance in cement industries located at Trichy. This research is descriptive research in nature. The structure questionnaire with four sections was developed in order to assess components of employees' work related attitude such as job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment, and the fourth section is employee job performance. The survey was conducted among the one hundred employees working in shop floor level from the selected three cement industries located at Trichy. The findings of the study revealed that there is an impact of employees' work related attitude on employee job performance in cement industries at Trichy city.
