Abstract The present paper addresses the theory of Motivating Language and its impact on key worker outcomes as job satisfaction, organizational communication job performance and attempts to create a conceptual model of supervisor-subordinate communication through an extensive literature review. Previous research has called for a detailed exploration of the nature of leader-worker communication in terms of ML and more sophisticated models to explain supervisor-subordinate communication.
