Abstract Background Garment industry in India is one of the oldest and largest sectors which generate high employment. The momentous of this industry is that it composes women workforce in great digit. Besides ample prospects, the work climate pertains to be poorer and even more vulnerable for young women. Purpose This study aims at assessing the self-reported biopsychosocial (BPS) consequences, Organizational climate, Occupational Health and the impingement of those factors on job satisfaction for garment women workers. Materials and Methods The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. Stratified Random Sampling method was applied. In total, 480 women workers from four regions in Tiruppur were examined. Results Biopsychosocial consequences faced by women workers mostly involve Headaches, Back Pain, Difficult in Bending Knees. The Occupational issues like Dust related Problems Respiratory Problems are common. Regarding Organizational Climate, the most acceptable factors are Communications, Relationship and Team work. Job Satisfaction analysis revealed that women are highly satisfied with job security and superior support. SEM analysis reveals the positive correlation above factors. Conclusions The study result alarms the need for improvement in working condition to ensure mental health and satisfaction.
