Abstract The main purpose on this study is to determine that how employees' entrepreneurship is related to Intellectual Capital Management in the Oil Jam Petrochemical Complex (Oil JPC). The statistical population on this study includes all employees and managers of Oil JPC that consists of 818 individuals. Among this population 260 samples were selected, using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The standard questionnaires from Bontis Intellectual Capital Management and Beich entrepreneurship evaluation were used to collect data in the present research. The results showed a clear and positive relationship between the entrepreneurship in Oil JPC and the Intellectual Capital in all aspects. Also major difference was spotted in the entrepreneurship degrees of studied individuals based on their age and education levels, but there was no difference between the entrepreneurship of male and female employees Top Keywords Intellectual Capital management, Human capital, Structural capital, Relational capital, Entrepreneurship, Oil Jam Petrochemical Complex (Oil JPC).
