Abstract Union and separation are among issues which have occupied the minds of poets in different centuries. It can be stated that this is the main subject of poetic courts in different times and languages. Most poets have experienced these issues individually and were able to depict different aspect of these issues in a better way. The poetic court of "Alhan alkhoud", which is an indelible work by Zaki Mobarak, is one of the courts which include important points regarding this matter and informs us from the passion of separation and union. Zaki Mobarak's court includes several different literary purposes which have always been in the centre of attention of literature fans. The poet, critic and scholar Zaki Mobarak possessed several competences but had a short life and has poured the passion of his soul in his literary words order and is capable of being an immortal whisper for the passengers of the way of fascination and passion. Until now, Zaki Mobarak's court, approaches and analyses has gained the attention of Persian literature and Arabian literature scholars. In this paper the author tries to consider his poems with a different approach. The author elaborates on the issue by providing evidence and poems from the aforementioned court and investigates subjects related to union and separation in Zaki Mobarak's court via an analytic-descriptive method.
