Abstract

Contract right is one of issues which have been paid attention is field of mutually exchange these days. It means that mutually exchange especially selling should be equally. Some contracts can imbalance mutually exchange like neglect of contracts, sales contracts contain provisions unfairly lost before the bill. Meanwhile, there has been some ways in order to omit the factors which can make imbalance such as citing to lien, modification of the contract and contract which is a floating price. The parties in Contractual lien may change their on the goods and return to prison and to deliver their avoidance of inequality. When, the parties are unequal in the modified contract can throughout legal and judicial procedures and contractual agreement offset the mutually exchange. Furthermore, in some contracts my imbalance mutually exchange due to economical crisis or it can avoidance from inequality contract by floating price.
