Relationship Between Plyometric Exercise and Percentage Of Deepness FEV1/FVC, PEF, AND FEF Safarnezhad Ali Reza, Hejazi Seyed Mahmood, Ramezanpour Mohammad Reza Department of Physical Education, Mashhad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Mashhad, Iran Online published on 4 April, 2015. Abstract Aim of this research was investigating 8 weeks Polymeric exercise on percentage of deepness FEV1/FVC, PEF and FEF. Statistical sample of 60 male athletes karate during 16 and 20 years old and in according to condition of the research; 20 sample were selected and divided into 2 groups of experimental and control. We recorded and measured age, weight, heartbeat, and blood sugar of the two groups. The usual practice karate training week group sessions were conducted. Two groups exercise odd weeks (three times a week) in evening during 8 weeks as much as 70% to 90% maximum heart rate. Results of research indicated that there was no relationship between polymeric training expiratory Volume in one second than the percentage of deepness FEV1/FVC. Following, results of research showed that significant relationship exists between an eight-week polymeric drills and midpoint of maximum expiratory flow 25% to 75%. In current research, polymeric exercise has significant relationship with relatively high pressure. Training exercise with low or high pressure leads changes maximum expiratory flow at 25% to 75% FEF. Top Keywords Lung volume and capacity, Polymeric exercise, Aerobic Exercise. Top |
