Moral Example in A.althamy's Court Shamami Golaleh, Hosseini Naser Department of Arabic Language and Literature, Mahabad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Mahabad, Iran Online published on 4 April, 2015. Abstract Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Fahd Althamy is one of the major Arab poets and as Ibn Khalakan says most of his court is anthology of literature. His court especially includes religious-moral issues and concepts and has always been the center of attention of philosophers and researchers of moral sciences domain. Its’ subjects are also debated in several religious and literary circles. He is one the most famous poets’ of late fourth and early fifth century. Research in his court includes significant issues and for example we can refer to effects of Islam and Quran on its’ entirety and several invitations to Islamic moralities. Also world is just a passage and since it's mortal, sudden arrival of death and god's piety should not be polluted by vices which are followed by divine torment. Since this court has been paid attention to by several researchers through different approaches and in this research, the author has tried to pay attention to his poems with a different approach which is a quick review of his moral example and traits in his poems. Author debates this issue through mentioning some evidence and also discusses the moral example of A. Althamy's poems through a descriptive analysis method.
