Abstract Nowadays consistency of economical institution in competitive markets depends on products design and production related to customer key and primary demands. Customer demands and desires must be identified and considered since the first steps of designing process to production process and sale and after sale services. Parameters like safety, performance, persistence, Convenience, elegance and diversity in sale and after sale services must be considered to identify and sort customer demands. In this study we discuss some of more important factors in customer satisfaction by weighting method and AHP pair comparison (analytic hierarchy process).
