Abstract The present study aims to investigate the relationship between centralization and organizational citizenship behavior on deviant work behavior. The Research methodology is survey-correlation based on hierarchical regression. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed to measure the variables. It was distributed among a sample of 92 employees of an internet service provider company after ensuring the validity and reliability of measurement tools through statistical tests and elite opinion. The results of the research model indicate a significant relationship between centralization and deviant work behavior with organizational citizenship behavior.
