The Impacts of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction (Case study: University of Isfahan)

Abstract

Organizational justice means perceptions of people regarding justice on justiceissues in the organization. This study aims to examine causal relationship between the variables of organizational justice, Job Satisfaction, and OCB. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact oforganizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Due to the moderating role of Job Satisfaction. The research method is a descriptive survey. This study wasconducted in university of Isfahan in iran, and for this purpose 220employees were taken as sample. Multistage sampling technique was usedfor sampling; questionnaire was used as data collection instrument, and SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyse the data. The validity of the instrument was achieved through content validity and the reliability through Cronbach Alpha. All the hypotheses of the research were accepted according to their significant figure and Findings revealed that there was significant and positiverelationship of organizational justice with OCB. This study provides guidelines and greatinsight that will help authorities of educational and Administrative institutions to enhancequality of organizational justice to increase OCBs of employees.
