Abstract Facing a problem is the main reason which reveals the need of creativity and innovation. Regarding increasing progress of knowledge and technology as well as extended information in the present decade, society and organizations require training managers who are able to confront knots and unweave them creatively. Considering such an attitude, training and improving creativity as well as producing new thoughts have particular importance in flourishing society. As such, managers embark on problems based on two approaches: rational and innovative. Therefore, the research method of this paper is a descriptive method of library kind.
