These two factors are both of the same coin, and if someone wants to take decisions in this regard should evaluate both on the coin. So if we do not share information about risk, we could not talk about performance. Regardless of the risk, not only to consider return can to evaluate the efficiency of investment solutions for payment. Except return, there are other factors that can have impact on investment risk. In addition to return, ownership structure can affect the rate of investment risk. With the separation of ownership from management and creation a conflict of interest between owners and managers, evaluate the performance and efficiency of companies and their managers became interest to various segments such as creditors, the owners, government and the management. In this study, the effect of ownership structure and the stock returns on investment risk has been studied. The method of this study is the correlation study using data from the past. This research is composed of three multiple regression models. In the first model, we examined the effects of return factors on return, in the second, we examined the effects of ownership structure factors on ownership structure and in third model we examined the effects of estimated amount of first and second model (E(Returnit), E(ownit)) on investment risk.
