Abstract The objective of this research was to see the problems faced by working women in the banking sector of Pakistan. To get the opinions of females working in the banking sector a survey was conducted. Out of hundred questionnaires, we received 73 filled questionnaires for our analysis. We used correlation and regression as statistical tools to analyze our data. After the research it is seen that there is a positive relationship of job complexity, family life and gender stereotyping with problems of working women.
