Abstract Diversity of employees based on socio academic parameters like age, sex, qualification and working experience in three different types of organisations was conducted among 112 employees in the present study. Significant dependency was found between type of organisation and age, qualification and experience of employees. However, sex had no dependency with type of organisation. Employees with post graduate and Ph.D. qualification were found in Government organisations and corporate sectors only. Younger employees were found to be part of corporate in more proportion than Government organisations and NGOs. In contrary older employees shared almost equally in later organisations. Corporate sectors engaged persons with less than 10 years of working experience more in number than other two organisations. In contrary, frequency of employees having more than 10 years of experience was found to be more in Government and NGOs. Significantly high and positive degree of associations of 0.571 and 0.529 were estimated between organisational communication with age and qualification of employees, respectively.
