Intention and Mindset of MBA Students in Captivating Entrepreneurship Abirami A. Abstract In this era of global work practices and technological innovations, there are always individuals who think outside the box. These individuals have a passion for novelty and likes to distinguish themselves from others. And these passions can be achieved by undertaking “Entrepreneurship”, which is a key facet of nation's economy and the crucial driver for employment and economic growth. Entrepreneurs, through their creativity and assertive approach, improve the world by innovation and build a society that is richer, socially adept and technically advanced. This study was undertaken in Erode District, Tamil Nadu. The students of MBA in various parts of Erode District were taken as sample during October 2013 – March 2014, for which Descriptive Research Design was adopted. For the study, both primary and secondary data were collected. Structured questionnaires and interviews were used to collect the primary data from about 750 students and Simple Random Sampling Technique was used.
