The Effects of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of Employee's Performance Khoei Saeed Jalil, Beigzadeh Yousef Department of Public Administration, Mahabad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Mahabad, Iran Online published on 5 January, 2016. Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational culture on the effectiveness of employee's performance. The staffs of Urmia city municipality have formed the population of the research. The sample size was about 132 people by Cochran method and they were randomly selected. Denison Organizational Culture (1990) and the effectiveness of organizational performance of Motovildo questionnaires (2002) were used to collect data. Reliability and validity were used to check the status of measuring tool that its validity was confirmed by experts and professional and their reliability were estimated by Cronbach's Alpha organizational culture and employee's performance as 0.96 and 0.96, respectively. Pearson's correlation and regression were used in order to analyze data. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive impact on the employee's performance.
