The Impact of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of the Employees' Performance with Organizational Intelligence Mediation (Case Study: The Municipality of Urmia City) Khoei Saeed Jalil, Beigzadeh Yousef Department of Public Administration, Mahabad Branch, Islamic Azad University, Mahabad, Iran Online published on 5 January, 2016. Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational culture on the effectiveness of employee's performance with organizational intelligence mediation. The staffs of Urmia city municipality have formed the population of the research. The sample size was about 132 people by Cochran method and they were randomly selected. Denison Organizational Culture, Albrecht organizational intelligence and the effectiveness of organizational performance of Motovildo questionnaires were used to collect data. Reliability and validity were used to check the status of measuring tool that its validity was confirmed by experts and professional and their reliability were estimated by Cronbach's Alpha for organizational culture, organizational intelligence and employee's performance as 0.96, 0.95 and 0.96 respectively. To analyze the statistical data, we used Smartpls2 software, the convergent and divergent validity tests, the composite reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, average shared variance structures, R -Squares, measure of impact size, acetone and Geysers criteria, and the proper criteria for goodness or Go. The results showed that organizational culture directly describe 39 percent of changes in effectiveness of employees' performance. Also organizational culture indirectly describes 32 percent of changes in employee's effectiveness by organizational intelligence mediated.
