Abstract Quality of work life (QWL) and customer relationship management (CRM) are among important issues in human resources literature which have attracted the attention of organizations. Paying attention to the status of QWL has impact on CRM performance. This research aims at investigating this issue in Pars Khodro Company in Iran. The research design is descriptive-correlation. The sample size is 334 persons of company's employees. The results indicate that a significant relationship between these two variables exists. The findings also indicate that there is significant relationship between QWL dimensions and CRM dimensions.
