Online published on 9 October, 2015. Abstract The current study aims at analysing the role of human and structural capital on export performance of Sanandaj export companies. The instrument used for the current study was Bontis (2000) questionnaire of human resource and structural assessment. For assessing the export performance, the study of Navarro and colleague (2010) was used. The statistical population of this study includes the companies of industrial estate in Sanandaj city. 116 samples were selected randomly through Cochran's formula. In order to determine the reliability, Cronbach's Alpha method was used. The results show that the instrument was suitable for data collection. In order to analyse the statistical data, different methods of descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The data were analysed by the proper statistical tests regarding the hypotheses in the SPSS18. The results indicate that there's a positive and significant relationship between human and structural capital and export performance.
