The Consideration of the Effect of Stress in the Workplace on Human Resources’ Productivity

Abstract

Human resources are of the main factors creating organizational productivity in organizations. Every factor affecting human resources’ productivity will be effective on organizational productivity, too. Job stress is the most prevalent factor affecting human resources’ efficiency and reducing organizational productivity. Reviewing the research literature, the effects of stress on organizational productivity of human resources were investigated and presenting a model, some suggestions were made to reduce the effects of stress on productivity.
