The effective strategy formulation using a comprehensive framework of strategy formulation method (case study: Etka Glycerine and Soap factory)

Abstract

Nowadays, the organizations are faced with a complex environment. Survival and growth of the organizations depends on an accurate and effective strategic planning. The purpose of this research is to develop of effective strategies approach in the Etka Glycerine and Soap factory. This research is a descriptive and practical branch. in this study, the information have been obtained through questionnaires and interviews with the directors of the company and is the result of brainstorming techniques. The findings suggest that the Etka Glycerine and soap factories to be more successful self should be applied on the strategy of "diversification and new products based on market needs".
