Abstract The present study investigates the relationship between organizational culture and Total Quality Management from the perspective of the bank employees of Kazerun city. Regarding the purpose, it is practical research while its method is descriptive- correlative. For this purpose, two researcher-made questionnaires were used to measure organizational culture and Total Quality Management based on Likert five-option range derived from questionnaires that evaluated the organizational culture (Cameron, et.al 2000) and TQM three-option questionnaire. (Linus, 2002) After ensuring the validity and reliability, they were distributed among a sample of 155 people with a stratified random sampling of the target population including bank employees of Kazeroon city. Cochran formula was used for determining the sample size, Kolmogorov - Smirnov and Pearson correlation coefficient were used for analyzing the research data and determining whether data were normal or not and SPSS and Lisrel software were used for the final analysis. The results indicated that there was a significant and positive relationship between the organizational culture as the independent variable and total quality management as the dependent variable.
