An Investigation on the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management Strategy (Case study: Islamic Azad University; Area Three)

Abstract

Knowledge Management includes a batch function, ultrastructure, technical and managerial tools, designed to create opportunity, participation, knowledge and know how to use the overall organizations. Applications of knowledge management in organizations are subject to certain requirements, one of the most important prerequisites for knowledge management and organizational culture are available. The purpose of this study was to answer the question whether there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management strategy or not. This study is a survey of descriptive research since trying to find correlations between the variables of this research are also. Study population, faculty members of Islamic Azad University (Region 3), which includes three Babol, Ghaemshahr, and Surrey are. Also, the questionnaire used for data collection and the reliability and validity were confirmed. First, to investigate the claims being normalized distribution of Kolmogorov - Smirnov used. The results suggest that the normal distribution of the claim will not be accepted. To test the hypothesis, we used the Spearman test. The consistency of the results of that work, Involvement, Consistency, adaptability, mission and strategy of the organizational culture and knowledge management in Islamic Azad University (Region 3) there is a significant relationship. The results of ranking the different dimensions of organizational culture affect knowledge management strategy, the Friedman test was used to show that the indexes adapt to the culture, a culture of compliance, engaging in work culture, mission and culture, the degree of desirability and are important.
