Questionnaire's reliability is determined by content validity method. For data analysis is used the parameters of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, variance, standard deviation, median, tables, and charts) and inferential statistics (correlation, regression, t-test comparing means of two independent groups test F single variable). The results show that there is no significant correlation between the time management and the performance of high school principals in educational and training dimensions there is a significant correlation in the dimensions of the administrative and supervision.
