Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the key dimensions of knowledge management and entrepreneurial opportunities recognition and determine how this antecedents influence the entrepreneurial opportunities recognition in University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources University of Tehran. The empirical paper is based on questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Data obtained from a sample of 147 respondents (with use of the Cochran formula) drawn from University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources University of Tehran were analyzed with the LISREL8.5 and SPSS18 program. According to the results, knowledge sharing, Knowledge acquisition, and Knowledge utilization are the most important components of knowledge management. Also result indicated that most important components of entrepreneurial opportunities recognition are Imitation opportunities, Incremental opportunities, and Innovative opportunities. Results showed that the knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on the entrepreneurial opportunities recognition in University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources University of Tehran.
