The Study of Knowledge Management in Human Resource Development and New Strategy among the Staff in Zahedan University of Medical Sciences

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset and competitive advantage of every organization and human resource development is undoubtedly the most central processes in human resource management. Human Resource department in most organizations is leading a large volume of data and these data and updating them can be managed by using a strategic approach and effective management systems. In today's world, the ability of organizations depends on having knowledge capital and intellectual capacities. Knowledge management can properly utilize these capacities and make them a basis for organizational development. Knowledge management also aims at strengthening a culture of continuous learning and designing a learning organization. The main purpose of this paper is the study of human resource development and knowledge management in a new strategy in knowledge-based organizations. In this research, the questionnaire for data collection has been used as well as Ameli's analysis in case of Line analysis. These findings showed that human resource development and knowledge management had a significant impact on innovative strategy. As the results indicated, knowledge management has a negative correlation between human resource development and innovative strategy.
