Abstract The article is a part of a minor research project on ““Ethics in Accounting in Indian Textile Industry: An indepth study of selected textile units in India” in the year 2006–2007. The article analyses Whiltle Blower Policy and its impact on the behavior of Managers, officers and supervisors of five big cotton textile companies in India between 2001 to 2007. these five textile units are Arvind Mafatlal Group, Arvind Mills, Sintex Mills (earlier name is Bharat Vijay Mills), Garden Silk mills and Blublend India Limited. One of the company is loss making company and others are profit making companies. The findings support positive relationship between profit making units and corporate governance. Top | |
