Abstract The main objective of the present study was to measure the perceptions of Financial Analyst (FA) and Retail Investors (RI) towards WBR usefulness backed by ease of use. In order to realize this objective, 316 sample respondents (FA 134 Respondents and RI 182 Respondents) having computer literacy, financial literacy and web literacy were selected at all-India level based on snow-balling technique. The responses to the structured questionnaire were elicited from these sample users on 45 items that consisted of usefulness, problems and improvements. The questionnaire was framed with 5-point Likert scale.
