The paper signifies research findings regarding Street Children in Pirwadhai, Rawalpindi, in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. This study explains the child neglect, orphanage and abuse at home and family environment due to which children are compelled to adopt the life as street children. As a result they run away from their homes and fall into the hands of antisocial elements of the society. Ultimately, they have to adapt the street environments available to them. This study depicts, inter-alia, street children's life in terms of their and time spent, duration and vulnerability on and off the street and their experiences of the street life.
