Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been playing significant role in the economic development and growth all over the world. However, attention to talent management and human resource practices has been missing in this vital area. Efficient management of talent is an important factor determining the growth and prosperity of business enterprises. This is particularly true for SMEs where the owners/owner managers have a close and more personal association with their employees. Systematic talent management, if implemented, will improve the level of efficiency of the employees.
