A combinatorial group method of data handling approach to system theoretic identification, modelling and prediction of money market state variables of an Indian auto major

The GMDH is a computer aided self organisation of spontaneous emergence of order of optimum complexity from the initial featureless states. One of the goals of the theory of cybernetics has been to capture major elements of a dynamical process under the umbrella of a formal mathematical synthesis. Analysis has been done to find relationship between different parameters of automobile sector of the economy. But the present investigation is indeed unique in its own nature. In cases of identification, prediction and filtering the process errors have been simulated on time series with autoregressive terms and the errors are found to be of constant variance and negligible in mean error summation. We have offered some speculations about the future of interdisciplinary payoffs involving system theorists and economists working together.
