Abstract

In this paper, we have considered a model as two serially connected queues M[X]/M/1 and M/M/1 queue for cloud computing architecture in healthcare system. The batch of multiple class iusers from the public cloud entering into the queue are naturally based on the FCFS discipline. If the server is free, each user of the batch of multiple class iusers can get service from the first queue, then enter into M/M/1queue with probability Φ and leave the system after service completion. Otherwise, leave the system with probability (1-Φ) without entering onto the second queue. Our proposed work is based on the service request from the public cloud and request management application has been proposed and analysed in terms of waiting time defined as Quality of Service criteria (QoS). The results obtained in our proposed model are the total waiting time, the total number of different class i of users/patients/clients in both queues and in the system.
