LBS Journal of Management & Research is a double blindpeer review bi-annual publication. It provides a forum for researchers and professionals worldwide by encouraging publication of research paper/articles/case studies/book reviews with emphasis on various management issues. The journal also seeks to strike a balance between theoretical paradigms and business practices by focusing on current and future trends in the area of management.
The Editor reserves the right to askthe authors to condense longer papers and/orimprove the quality of the writing before theyare formally sent for a double-blind review.Manuscripts that are not adhering to theguidelines and are found to be insufficientlydeveloped are rejected without any formalreview. The author has to ensure that it iscomplete, grammatically correct and withoutspelling or typographical errors. The review process takes about 60 days. Anacknowledgement of receipt of manuscript is sent to the author. The manuscript is reviewed on the "double blind"system, whereby the names of contributors andreference are not revealed to each other.Decision regarding the publication of all submitted manuscripts is based on therecommendations of the members of theeditorial board. Recommendations /amendments advised by the editorial board are to be made by the authors and returned within 10 days.

Before making manuscript submission, authors have to agree that the manuscript is not under review in any other journal or conference, and will not be submitted to another publication entity during the review period at LBS Journal of Management & Research. Authors are also required to confirm that the manuscript, as submitted, has not been previously published and presented in any conference and/or journal. The manuscript is checked for plagiarism using the software `URKUND' and manuscript having plagiarism above 20% is rejected by the Editorial team.
