Interactive Effect of Various Hormonal and Stress Treatment on Different Growth and Yield Parameters in Indian Mustard (Brassica Juncea (L.) Czern & Coss.) Sinha B. K., Chhabra M. L. Division of Biochemistry and plant physiology, CCSHAU, Hisar, Haryana-125 004 Online published on 21 April, 2012. Abstract An experiment was conducted to assess the interactive impact of water logging (WL), high temperature (HT) as well as WL + HT on different growth and yield parameters in Indian mustard. Both IAA500 as well as Kin50 effectively mitigated the deleterious effect of stresses as evident from the increase in dry matter distribution in leaf and siliquae, AGR, RGR, NAR as well as SRR. However, dry matter distribution in roots decreased in IAA500 and Kin50 spray, while they were at par with those of water spray in IAA100 and Kin5 spray. IAA500 and Kin50 further ameliorated the deleterious effect of stresses by increasing the seed yield, 1000 seed weight as well as harvest index.
