Interpretation of autopsy as well as clinical findings with diligence is one of the prerequisite in any medico legal case; however unusual findings can sometimes be very confusing for forensic expert to interpret. These case studies are one of those similar situation where unilateral subdural hemorrhage in a case of thrombocytopenia with fever raised suspicion of blunt trauma head, when it was a natural condition where thrombocytopenia led to the development of unilateral acute subdural hemorrhage, for which emergency craniotomy was performed in one of the case.

Subdural hemorrhage, Thrombocytopenia, Intracerebral bleed, Blunt trauma, Unilateral.
