Aim and Scope
The Journal of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation (JOR) will be a biannual online journal with both Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation content. The first Issue of the Journal is being planned to be released in the month of January 2011. We aim to develop this into a premier Orthopaedic Journal covering all aspects of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation.
Journal of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation invites authors to submit manuscripts reporting original research, reviews, technical notes, case reports for publication for the two issues that will be released in 2011.The unique feature is combination of orthopaedic faculty with rehabilitation faculty which includes physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Manuscripts from all three faculty related to musculoskeletal system will be considered for JOR. Types of manuscripts suitable for JOR include:
Letters to the Editor
JOR will also be interested in meta-analyses and systematic reviews on topics relevant to current Orthopaedic Practice and rehabilitation fields, as well as Expert Commentaries on relevant topics.
In keeping with high quality scholarship, we seek manuscripts that meet high standards for clarity, validity, and generalizability. All manuscripts submitted will undergo evaluation by independent peer reviewers. Authors should consult the accompanying “Instructions to Authors” document for advice on manuscript preparation and submission. All articles should be submitted via online submission platform on www.indianjournals.com
