Author Guidelines

  1. Journal of Agricultural Development and Policy welcomes original research papers. The objective of the Journal is to provide a forum for dissemination and exchange of findings of research on agricultural development and policy. Studies conducted on

    1. basic and applied research on economic aspects of agriculture including livestock and horticulture;

    2. impact evaluation of various Government sponsored development schemes and their policy recommendations;

    3. contemporary rural socio-economic problems and their corrective measures; and

    4. papers based on research done by the authors bringing out new facts or data presented in an analytical frame are preferred.

  2. The authors submitting papers to Journal of Agricultural Development and Policy should be members of this Society.

  3. Papers submitted for publication must not exceed 20 pages, double-spaced, including tables, diagrams and appendices.

  4. An abstract not exceeding 150 words must accompany the paper, along with at least four key words.

  5. Two copies of the paper should be submitted to Editor-in-Chief and also mail to editorjadp@gmail.com

  6. All statistical formulas should be neatly typed to avoid any error.

  7. JADP is a referred Journal. To maintain the anonymity of author(s), attach a separate page showing the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s) with email address.

  8. Only essential mathematical/statistical notations may be used.

  9. Only cited works should be included in the reference list at the end. Authors should uniformly follow the reference citation as mentioned below:

  10. While sending paper, the author(s) should state that the material has not been published elsewhere or is not being published or being considered or submitted for publication elsewhere.
