Abstract

In the present study, SDS-PAGE technique was employed for differential diagnosis of Salmonella gallinarum and S. pullorum using serum biochemical parameters were reported. The findings of the present study showed that both globulin and antibody titers progressively increased during the course of infection similarly. So, the antibody response was operative during the course of infection with S. Gallinarum in infected chickens. The present study indicated that the effective vaccine against Fowl typhoid can be developed which would stimulate the immune system of the affected birds prositively.
